Timber Buyers are welcome to go and look at the timber at anytime. There is a sign at the road where you will need to enter the tract. A 10% down payment will be required no later than 5 business days after the close of a sale, due at the signing of the timber sale contract between the timber seller and timber buyer. Auction format for timber sales will either be sold by "lump sum", or "blended tonnage". Timber Buyer will be responsible for flagging the lines, and SMZs. Timber sellers nor Timber Elite Auctions will be responsible for any over cuts from miss flagging of the property lines.
